pediatrician interview
what am i supposed to ask when i meet with pediatricians???
How do I know if it's the right pediatrician???

I never interviewed Drs. I got a recommendation and went with them and decided if i didn't like them I would change.
You should find out about vaccinations though and their schedule and also emergency visits.
Here are things I love about my Dr and maybe that would help.
As a newborn they do not make you wait in the waiting area, they have a room ready if you call and say you are on your way.
Separate sick and well waiting areas (I think this is pretty standard these days)
Late hours and sat and sunday hrs (Sunday is emergency only)
Other than that I just got a great feeling about the main Dr my DS sees. He has also seen one of the other Drs who is great but not my first choice. I love my DS's Dr.
