Pediatric orthropedist
Can anyone recommend a pediatric orthropedist that specializes in hand/wrist? DD has two ganglion cysts, one on each wrist, that pediatrician wants me to have checked out. She had given me two numbers but I wanted to know if anyone has any recs too. would prefer to say in Suffolk county. Thanks!

Pediatric orthropedist
I had one on my wrist. Went away on its own one day. I wouldn't worry too much but you can also have a derm look at it.

Ron Lewis - not much of a personality but a good doctor
The staff at pm pediatrics had recommended him actually
He has an office in Huntington and Bethpage

We see dr. Wallach at stony brook orthopedics. He's moves very fast but he's a great doctor. I've heard good things about dr. Carrion too.

Just avoid Dr Barsi in StonyBrook, he is the absolute WORST!!

Oh boy... can I ask why (of course, pm if more comfortable)? Sorry to barge in and hijack, but my daughter needs to see an ortho, and her friends mother highly recommended this guy. I just don't want to take her to someone bad!!!

My co-worker's son broke his elbow and they used Dr. Barsi. She had nothing but great things to say about him. She loved him.
I used to work with Dr. Carrion many years ago. He's terrific.

We used Dr. Barsi for my daughter who was born with clubbed feet. He was excellent and had amazing bedside manner compared to another Dr. at that practice who was just awful. I guess everyone has a difference experience with doctors. My daughter saw him from 2 weeks old until she turned 4 this past November and he was always wonderful with us.

we use Dr Jon-Paul DiMauro of Cohens. His office is in New Hyde Park. I highly recommend him and his team

I have to agree with this 100% Hes an excellent Dr. He did my daughters surgery on her hand. Just dry as toast!
