Ped ENT Rec in Eastern Nassau/Western Suffolk
I am trying to find an ENT for my boys. They have had numerous ear infections and I cant take it.
We went again today since one of them was complaing that there was a choo choo in his ear. While there I told her they have been congested on on Triamedic for months now. So she looked at my other son and sure enough he also had double ear infections.
I am starting to think that maybe we are just letting to many infections pass instead of finding out what is causing them. We have been in speech for almost 2 years now, they grind their teeth horribly, and the ear infections are all linked to allergies.
She wants them to go for a sleep study if they dont clear up in 2 weeks because the adniods were swollen as well.

It might be a bit of hike for you, but we go to Dr. O'Donnell in Bay Shore, right by Southside Hospital. He did my nephew's tube surgery and will do my DD's on November 3.
I really like him, he was SO thorough and great with my daughter.
I would definitely see an ENT, though. I felt like my ped office waited WAY too long to refer my DD, and now we are dealing with speech delays on top of her ear problems.

i use Dr. Mendelsohn in Garden City. He was so good with DS! I use another doctor from that practice for myself. Dr. Mendelsohn is the pediatric ENT.
