Peapod pick up?

How does it work? I'm ordering like I do with regular pea pod, then choose pick up.

They give one hour Windows. Can I go anytime in that window?

Do I go and get the food or do they bring it out?

Do you tip?

You can go anytime in the window. In my Stop & Shop they have a door on the side of the store for Peapod. You pull into a spot right in front of the door and they have parking signs with the phone number. You call the number and tell them your last name and they bring the stuff out. I just open the back door of the minivan and they load it up! The sign says no tipping, so I don't. Also, I try to go earlier than later in the window because I'm not sure if they have it in a fridge and freezer or just in a cooler.
