Peapod & saving money on gas?
Does anyone know how to do this exactly? I know I have a discount waiting for me but I don't know where to find out how much and I don't know how to actually use it. Can anyone help? I'm clueless! TIA!

Peapod & saving money on gas?
It's peapod and stop n shop. You accumulate points that can be used only at Shell. It's linked to your stop n shop rewards card.
Save 10¢ per gallon for every 100 points you earn.
You earn 1 point for every dollar you spend with your Stop & Shop card.
Points Savings
100 10¢/gallon
200 20¢/gallon
300 30¢/gallon
...up to $2.20/gallon!
Points are valid for 30 days.

I must have a huge saving coming my way, I use peapod almost weekly. Do you know where I can find out my discount? Also do I use my S&S card when i get the gas?

You can log into your account on the stop n shop website.
Yes, you have to show your stop n shop rewards card when you get gas. They scan it and tell you if you get money off.

Thanks, I just looked. So weird, it says I have NO savings I'll have to call them tomorrow. I spend so much at S&S & Peapod.

I know. It's a pita. Spend hundreds every time I go and yet every time I Go to shell I have no discount

I know the savings expire I think after 1 month. You have to make sure your card is linked to your peapod account and that you use when you check out.

I think you have to "enroll" in the gas rewards program. Also, I enter my number manually at the pump.
