Re: Peach Snapple

as long as it's not diet... but then it's a waste of calories.

I have read you can have from 200 to 300mg of caffeine a day-- so, one iced tea ain't gonna do anything.

I found an iced tea brand which has no artificial sweetners and it has very low caffeine-- Inko. They have a lot of flavors.

I hear ya-- it's so hard when you are not feeling the water.

Re: Peach Snapple

love, I repeat I LOVE inkos tea.... it is the best tea I ever tasted... specifically their blueberry tea Chat Icon

inkos is low in caf because it's white tea... so if you want to limit caf, try a white peach tea.... I bet snapple has one now too...........

go to the supermarket and buy whatever doesn't repluse you right now... and then go back in a couple days and repeat.

For me, I had bad aversions but no nausea... I subsisted only on plain carbs, dairy, and fruit. I couldn't eat a veggie or meat for several weeks.

clean tasting foods (oranges, melon) are usually the easiest to keep down....... for some reason, I could do sesame bagels with cream cheese.
good luck!

Re: Peach Snapple

I think it's fine, I drink lots of water everyday but I also always have other drinks besides...lemonade, juice etc. Just like everyone said, everything in moderation. In my 1st trimester, water was really tough for me to drink, now that's all I'm reaching for since I'm constantly thirsty..it's funny how everything changes

I think it is totally fine. You are allowed a certain amount of caffeine a day when you are pregnant. As for the sweetness I really think a little sweet is not going to hurt you. Go for it. Chat Icon Chat Icon

Water made me nauseous in my first trimester too. The only way I could stomach water was with ice cubes. There were days that even with ice it would make me sick. I often would mix water and iced tea or water and cranberry juice. It was less sweet and it made the water go down easier. Chat Icon Chat Icon
