PCOS'ers....
I am hot ALL the time. I sweat constantly. It's 50 degrees outside and I am walking around without a jacket and my armpits are sweating (embarrassing!) I guess I can try one of those clinical strenght deoderants again, but does anyone have any suggestions (herbs etc) that will help me with being hot all the time? I may call my reg doc since I am not ready to go back to the RE just yet....

I have pcos but luckily no sweating problems (yet anyways), My MIL has a bad sweating problem and she swears by certain dry
