PCOS and OPK's
I was reading the side of a pack today and it said something to the effect of
"certain fertility issues such as PCOS may effect the effectiveness of this product"
?????

OPK's measure LH-I believe PCODS makes your LH levels either erratic or high therefore giving you positives all teh time or no positive when it should be positive. If you are seeing an RE he should be able to give you sonos and bloodwork to help with O dates

Just try and see. Some women with pcos get all + some get all -. I have pcos and opk's worked for me. But I am on Metformin so that may be why. I have not tried them unmedicated. Good luck

I think I got a false OPK once and I have pcos. All other times it worked out fine for me.

Okay..I am so glad I came across this board..
...From November through March I had positive PREGNANCY tests every month and am now going for recurrent pregnancy loss pannel (which has been so hard on my husband and I), HOWEVER, after reading this, is it possible that I have PCOS and that my hormones were throwing the tests off? They never even checked for PCOS and I fit a lot of the descriptions...Hmm..the wheels are turning...please let me know what you think
