Paypal Premier Accounts
I just sold an item on ebay - I'm new to this so your help is appreciated - and to collect payment, I had to upgrade to a premier account. What does this mean? What is the difference between this and a regular paypal account?

Not alot more - but more, yes.
But you can accept up to I think 6 (?) credit card transactions a year without a upgrading. But if you will be doing more than that - yes, you'll have to upgrade.
The terms are right on the site... you can look it up on there...
