Paypal Help Please!
I've never used Paypal before, and I'm not sure I did it right. It said my payment was sent, but then in the history it has two transactions. One says 'Payment To' and one says 'Transfer From' Credit Card.
The 'Payment To' is a negative number and the 'Transfer From' is a positive number.
Is this right??

yea they have to credit paypal before debiting
