payless shoes
I jsut bought DD her first pair of shoes at payless- till now, she has only been in "good "shoes- eccos, naturinos. but I really wanted some dressier shoes for passover, and didnt want to spend again. do you think the payless shoes are ok for a 19 month old? they are very flexible not sure if they have enough support. also- i bought the dmart fit brand- does anyoen know if they run big? shes was just measured at a 6, but the 6 was HUGE on ehr, so i took a 5.5, but its my first time buying shoes on my own- not being fitted, so i'm a little nervous. these are the shoes i bought- be honest, do they look like i got them in payless?

Re: payless shoes
I do not know about the sizing and I have only bought DD shoes at Stride Rite so far....however, I do believe that either Stride Rite bought Payless or vice versa a few years ago and they are actually made by the same manufacturer now. I'm sure if you google it something will come up.

Re: payless shoes
I am an admitted shoe snob - it comes from my mother and sister. I plan on only putting Abby in good leather shoes. But for special occasions in which she may only wear a pair of shoes once or twice (ie holiday or flower girl), Payless is fine.

Re: payless shoes
I dont know anything about their sizin etc bu I dont think they look "cheap" or anything. they are very pretty. I think Payless shoes are fine for "holiday" shoes.

Re: payless shoes
Those are cute! I always buy holiday shoes from payless. She gets 1 or 2 good shoes and the rest are payless or target or whatever. And considering she has about 12 pairs I'd say I would be nuts if I didn't do it that way.

Re: payless shoes
I bought those for DD in white for Easter. They're cute shoes.
She usually only wears Stride Rites because I really like the support they give her feet, but I don't mind getting less expensive shoes if I like them, and I hate spending $$ on white shoes that she'll never wear again...I was annoyed at spending like $14 on these shoes, I wish it was less!
