Re: Pave/micro pave settings
I do. My e-ring has stones all the way around the top and the two sides. I think there are like 99 stones. My wedding band only has one row of stones. None of them have ever fallen out, but I do take my rings off as soon as I get home and I never wear them while showering or washing dishes. I have a co-worker who has a similar ring and she has had nothing but problems with it. Hers always fall aout and cost her about $15-25 to replace each time.

I haven't had any problem with them.
Those rings are gorgeous (and I don't say that to many people!!!).
I have not had a problem with my rings. My e-ring and my band both have pave all the way around and I have never had a problem. I believe that it depends on the workmanship. My e-ring is from Ritani and my band is from Scott Kay. I looked at ones that were made by small, private jewelers but I found that only the "designers" really did great pave work. Sorry if I sound like a brand name dropper. I just really recommend those 2 designers for pave.

Re: Pave/micro pave settings
I don't have a pic on this computer, but I've had my pave e-ring for almost 4 years and have never (knock on wood) lost a diamond. I also got a pave ring for X-mas 2 years ago and that's fine too.

Re: Pave/micro pave settings
Sometimes it is so hard for me to tell the difference between a channel setting and a pave. Some pave's are obvious that they are pave and others look a little like channel.
I have a friend who has a pave ring (looks to me like a channel but she said it's pave) and she has never had a problem with the stones falling out.
But, one of the reasons I didn't go for that type of ring is because I am afraid of them coming out. I like to wear my rings ALL the time and I tend to be "hard" on them... I have an anniversary ring that's an antique "pave" setting and I have lost two stones. Luckily, it costs nothing because a family friend is our jeweler... Just happens sometimes

Re: Pave/micro pave settings
The trick to not having stones pop out of a pave setting is to not let the jeweler size the ring! You need to make sure the ring is your size without the jeweler making it bigger. I had numerous problems with my wedding band, it had 3 rows of pave going halfway around. After bringing it back to the jeweler 3 times, he finally had to give me a new ring that was custom fit to my finger.
PS if a stone does fall out and they have to put it back in....it usually looks terrible. I had so many headaches and dont want anyone else to go through what I did
