Pasta salad?
I am going to a party on saturday and wanted to bring a pasta salad. Does anyone have a good recipe? I am thinking of something with Tortellini maybe but I am open to other ideas.

Pasta salad is my fav to make and easiest.
Just throw in some broccoli the last 2 mins cooking with the pasta then refrigerate. I add olives, cherry tomatoes, peppers, maybe some mozarella squares and toss with Italian dressing.

1 lb Tri Colored Rotini
1/2 Salami, diced
3/4 fresh mozzarella ball, diced
1 can Black olives, sliced in half
1 jar Roasted Red Peppers, cut into slivers
2 stalks Celery, sliced thin
1/2 pint cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
Dressing:
Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder
Olive Oil & Balsamic Vinegar
let sit over night and re-season in the morning as needed.
