My mom makes her own gefilte fish which is pretty good.
I just can't handle that every holiday we have has turkey or brisket. Nothing changes. I am happy with matzah ball soup.

Matzo Brei - My dad makes gourmet ones - lox and onions, blueberry, banana walnut, etc...they are delish!

i'm a little spoiled...i love made gefitle fish and chopped liver. at my aunt, its jarred. my sister makes the liver. she's been sick so i'm not sure if she's making it.

I have to add that even though Passover is such a pain to prepare for and makes eating complicated during the week, it is my favorite holiday. I LOVE the seders!

Forgot about Matzah Brei - yum!!!
I've grown up eating jarred gefilte fish and we've gone a few times to my dad's friends house for seder where she makes it from scratch - AMAZING!

You are all making me feel sad that I have no where to go for Pesach!! I only have 1 Jewish friend and she goes with her family for the holidays.
I have made a brisket and some other passover goodies for my little family for tomorrow night!!!

haroset is my favorite thing
Also, my mom makes a vegetarian chop liver-- which I just made since my mom left me for the holiday this year!! :(
I also love matzah ball soup, but unless I make it myself, or go to my mom's I don't get any since DH's family never makes a veggie version. I decided to forgo it this year, even though my my dad is coming to us on Tuesday-- I just thought it was too much food for 4 people.
