Parents of children with ADHD
Asking for a family member...
10 year old daughter who has shown signs of ADHD and anxiety since she was a little girl. The mother is ready to accept that her daughter may need some form of treatment, but she does not want to medicate her. The daughter has been in therapy for years, but her behavior has become increasingly worse.
Anyone have any success in natural remedies? What, besides medication, has worked for your child?

Parents of children with ADHD
Treatment and assessment would include behavioral therapy with family component. They can get referrals from their pediatrician or school psychologist. I can give you a few names if you let me know around where are they located?
Sorry just read she has been in therapy already. Maybe they should try a new person if she's getting worse.

I have no personal experience, but my friend put her son on a gluten and casein free diet, and she said it helped tremendously.
I have also heard that chiropractic can help, but again I have no direct experience.
