Parents of 2-3yrs old please help
Well I tried to start Christmas shopping and I just don't know what to get. My son is 2.5yrs old (April he'll be 3) and so far from family he's getting the smart cycle, 2games for it, child digital camera, and from santa child mp3 player from playschool, remote control motorcyle and shake and go race track. Please share some ideas santa needs some more toys for this little guy

Smart Cycle
Something Bob the builder, Cars and Diego
Thomas the Train stuff (he has the train tables and lots of tracks and trains but can always use more). We wanted to add a bridge we think...
Scooter
Fisher Price Camera
Not sure what else - we pretty much have too many toys as it is...but would love to hear more ideas...

Jared is getting this for Christmas...
and my dad wants to get him one of these...without that silly hat...lol..
ETA: We have the FP Digital Camera, it's really cool!
I think we're also getting him dinosaur stuff and cars/trucks.

Blocks. Wooden, or Duplo blocks. Something they can build and create with.
Art supplies. Large sheets of paper, crayons, washable markers, stickers, etc.
Props for playing with.
Non-electronic toys. Matchbox, Tonka, etc.
Don't worry, even if he only seems to want the $$ electronic items on Christmas day, he'll probably wind up using the non-electronic toys more often. My DS has a little bit of everything, and he still loves his blocks and matchbox cars. it's great for their imagination and creativity.

So far from us and grandparents Sarah & Andy are getting:
* Smart Cycle & a game
* Diego talking rescue center
* FP Digital Camera for each of them
* FP Internet launch thing - we're setting up an old desktop with just internet and this thing so they can only go to those websites. And we'll be doing it with them.
* Table & chairs for the playroom
* Books
* Puzzles
* Board games

It's Imaginarium, only at Toys R Us. It's a great deal at 79.00. My mother got it the other day...boy is it heavy! I think they're discontinuing it. There is another one there for 115.00 (I think).

It's the playdoh Creativity Center. In Sunday's paper there was a Target Toy catalog with a bunch of coupons in the middle. If you use the coupon you get a free 24 pack of playdoh with it. The center is $24.99 at Target.
