Panera Iced Green Tea
Would you say there's too much caffiene in a small Panera iced green tea to drink? I had a small cup of half caffeinated coffee this morning but nothing else with caffeine today.

Re: Panera Iced Green Tea
According to the nutritional information on Panera's website, the Green Iced Tea has 0 mg of caffeine in it.
That's kinda what I thought -- Green tea usually has no caffeine.
This is kinda a big picture, but here's the graphic from their site:

Yea, I was going to say this. Something about counteracting the effects of folic acid My OB told me to avoid it.
ETA: Sorry, I reread that and realized I may have sounded harsh and didn't wanna freak you out!
I noticed you're still VERY early on .. so I wouldn't worry about it.. I would just find out more info about it if I were you and have it in limited amounts from now on!!

Re: Panera Iced Green Tea
i don't think that panera iced green tea is really green tea though, so i think you're fine! it's delicious, but it def. does not taste like green tea.

Re: Panera Iced Green Tea
I also agree to not drinking green tea while pregnant. Supposedly it blocks the absorption of Folic Acid to the baby.
