Pampers Swaddlers question

DD is 3 months old today...shes still in size 1 diapers and has plenty of room in them still so i think she will be in them for awhile.

I got a pack of swaddlers at my shower in size 2...im wondering if there is an age that ppl have in mind or an amount of movement that DC is doing when they shouldnt be in the swaddlers anymore??...or does it really matter????

just wondering if i should return them for a different kind or what?

I don't think so. DD is 6 months and still in stage 2, she is 14 pounds.

If they still fit and your DC seems comfortable, I'd keep using them.

u can keep the size one until you have no choice but to move up....

for example, my DS had 2-3 "overflowing" diapers in one week....after I found the peepees leaking out the side I threw out the size ones and pulled out the size two's. DS is 9 weeks old. Guess it depends on the size of that tiny tush.

the whole weight thing on the diapers really throws me with my DD...she will be at the top weight for the diaper, but still fit in them just fine shes skinny but shes long...already have pant fitting probs with her with the length and waist size.

I love the swaddlers and DS is almost out of them. i don't like the crusiers as much and I would keep using swaddlers if they made them in larger sizes.

I just moved up to the next size when they were getting too small. We also started having poops that leaked up his back - I think because they were getting too small. Once he moved up a size we had no problems.

I think that you just have to use your better judgement.... Kristina just got out of NB diapers less than a week ago at 6 weeks 6 days of age!

I started putting her in the Stage 1's and they are working well... U just have to use them as they are appropriate for your baby!
