Pampers Cruisers size 4 or 5?
This is a stupid question, but how do you know when to switch from 4 to 5?
The weight ranges don't help with these sizes...

I always went by how high up they went on Abby's abdomen. Once she started peeing and getting drenched, I went a size up. She barely meets the weight requirements for a size 4 because she is so tiny, but she is long and lean and needs the height of the diaper.
