Pale yellow poo in a toddler?

Okay, so I've googled and scared myself - anything from a virus or diet to hepatitus or serious gastrointestinal diseases comes up...!

But has anyone's toddler had creamy (but with lumps) pale yellow poo? He had it a few weeks ago, then we were away for two weeks and nothing, now that we're back, it's started up again. When it happens, he goes several times a day - 4 or 5 - and this from a kid who always seems to be constipated! And as a result he gets a really nasty diaper rash

Anyone have any similar experience?

Chloe has had this before and the ped said that it was probably a gastrointestinal virus, nothing serious as long as she is still eating, keeping down fluids, etc. She had it twice and both times it went away in about 5 days. her appetite wasn't the greatest either time.
