painting my bathroom tomorrow, dumb question.
Im painting my bathroom tomorrow. That means no showers in there for how many days? just one? or two? tia. ive never painted a room before. This should be an adventure. lol.

unless you are using an oil base paint....latex paint dries in a few hours. If you paint during the day tomorrow, you should be able to shower on Sunday morning.

if it should rain shortly after you paint tomorrow (and the forcast says rain in the afternoon into sunday) that will effect the pains drying time. even though it feels dry after just a few hours, underneath is not dry, the typical complete wait time is 24 hours, but in damp weather i'd give it an extra 6-12 hours drying time.
Put a fan in there to help, but if you really have to take showers in there, give in the longest you can, you should be okay just don't completly steam it out.
