Normally I am not a fan of painting over cement, but there is one section of foundation I want to paint at my house.

It already has old white paint on it now.

Any tips or recommendations for paint?

I was going to power wash what is there now so its clean, let it dry 2 days and then paint.

Since there is already paint there, I assume I do not need to prime it before putting a fresh coat of white?
