Pains from sneezing?
I sneezed a few minutes ago and it triggered immediate cramp-like feeling at the bottom of my belly (that went away right after). My guess it was caused by my muscles contracting for the sneeze, but is this normal? Does anyone else get this?

I get this too. I've learned to hold my stomach when I feel a sneeze coming on. It really does help.

very normal. I have had it with every pregnancy. Just had it this morning and I was doubled over in immediate pain for a while. It sucks, but is not harmful to your baby in any way.

I also get them from coughing, walking too fast, somethimes laughing hard.

Oh yes, coughing bothers me too. As long as the cramping is brief, it sounds very normal.

I have been sneezing the entire month of September...and each sneeze is usually followed by "ouch! son of a b!tch!"  
That is, except for the times when I sneeze and I go  before running to the bathroom.
