Pain in ribs

So I'm only 18 weeks but for the last couple of days I have this pressure like feeling under my breast bone; so my ribs, both sides. Is this normal this early? I thought woman felt this later on it's very uncomfortable!

I get that when I have indigestion... So I take preggo-friendly chewable indigestion tablets. They usually cover heartburn, indigestion, acid, etc. and they work immediately for me. Not sure if you are having the same but I get exactly what you are describing and it's indigestion -- a big cause of this, aside from just being PG lol, is the prenatal vitamins (for me, at least). Wow those things kill me sometimes! HTH.

I started getting uncomfortable around the right rib area at 16 weeks. The pain comes and goes. Last week it got worse and it was almost unbearable . My doctor told me to put warm compresses and also to do warm baths. I am currently 31 weeks. You should always check with your doctor though let them know the pain you are feeling.
