Pain in lower back/kidney area?
Since last night I have had a persistent dull pain in both sides of my lower back, like in the kidney areas. It's almost like I have to pee really bad, but I've been peeing plenty. Don't know if I should worry?

Could it maybe be a UTI or kidney infection?
I'd call the OB to be safe

I had excruciating pain in my lower back and the weird pressure to pee -- and it turned out to be a UTI.
Call your OB and let them know -- they just have to test your urine. The OB told me that had I waited another day, it could have spread to the kidneys and then I would have required hospitalization.
Better safe than sorry!

I had really bad pain on my right side when I was about 6 months pregnant...went to the ER and ended up staying a week because it was a kidney infection I would definitely get it checked out!! good luck!
