pain between shoulder blades
I have been having pain in between my shoulder blades the past few days. Feels like a knot in my muscle. I don't know if it's from my belly getting bigger and the weight pulling it down. All I know is that it hurts like a *****.

i had it too...it comes and goes now.
i got a tennis ball and sit with it pushing against the spot that hurts...it seems to do the trick for temporary relief.

Yes I had it too-only relieft was a back rub from DH. No stretching; was helping. Feel better!
