Pain an inch below belly button

Im 17.5 weeks along and I started to get sharp pains about an inch below my belly button when I sit and bend. Has anyone else experienced this? I called the Dr. who said it was normal and to try not to bend lol. After I spoke to him, the pain started to happen when I sat also. Just curios if anyone else has had the same thing.

There was a period of time where it hurt me to bend over or even lean to the side.It happened once a week. I think this is your muscles stretching to accomodate your growing uterus.
