padding for pack n play

Do they sell extra padding for the pack n play. We will be going on vacation and my son will be sleeping in it. I was hoping they sold a more comfy mattress

Dream on me sells a mattress that worked really well for us. I just wouldn't use it with a young infant bc I guess they can have gaps which aren't safe. You can also just use the quilted sheets which help pad it.

We bought the mattress. It also helps on trips to use it with the mattress as a crib.

Yes we have a thicker (3inch I think) mattress for the pack n play which we bought online. My kids have used the pack n play as their primary bed for the first 6+ months until they moved into their crib so they definitely needed something more comfortable than the thin mattress it comes with. Not sure if they sell sheets specifically for this type of mattress but I have always used regular crib sheets on it and just secure them tightly around the edges.

I got the mattress for the pack n play on Amazon. When you shop for one, just make sure it's the same dimensions as the pack n play you own bc based on the reviews I read they come in different sizes.
