Packing a diaper bag...help!
With 37 days left, I have to pack a hospital bag for myself and a diaper bag for baby.
What did/are you packing in your diaper bag? Besides diapers

I didnt bring a diaper bag for baby. I just packed their take home outfits. The hospital has diapers and stuff. Unless you want to bring it empty to take home their diapers and formula, the nose sucker, paci, their blanket and hat for keepsake, etc.

When I had my twins I brought a couple outfits (wasn't sure what size they would be) and a breastfeeding pillow.
This time around I will just bring a couple outfits. I will use the hospital pillow to breastfeed.
Don't need diapers or any of that stuff. Hospital gives everything you need. Like pp said just bring extra bag to take some home.

what hospital are you delivering at... LIJ gave me a diaper bag as a gift so other than my suitcase we were able to put some stuff in there too

LIJ!!
i found the size of their bag perfect for an infant... you dont need that much stuff for them at first... now its getting a little more stuffed...because her clothes are bigger and her diapers are bigger... but to come home and for the first few weeks it was perfect...

we didnt bring a diaper bag either. i just packed the take home outfit, one or two of those open bottom onesie gowns for the room and a few of the snap tees. We didnt use the snap tees b/c the hospital has one on the baby anyway, so this time i will just pack one for the day the baby goes home.
At winthrop they gave a diaper bag. we used that to take some of the formula and diapers home.

No diaper bag or anything else for that matter except going home outfit needed for the baby.
Pack only for yourself.

I will probably pack the diaper bag ahead of time and just leave it home. This way if for any reason I feel I need it, I will have DH bring it. But doubt I will.
Probably put outfit, onsie, diapers, wipes, blanket, burp cloth, paci.

Not much for the baby, take home outfit, WIPES (bc they dont give them to you in the hospital), and a pacifier (which they do give you but I dont like the kind they give out at hospitals).
