Oyster sauce
I found a recipe for beef and broccoli stir fry and one of the ingredients is oyster sauce... I looked in the asian foods section of the supermarket but I didnt see it. What is it? Where can I find it? TIA

hmmm thats where I usually get it, asian aisle next to soy sauce.

Maybe I will try Stop & Shop. At least I know I was in the right spot. I was thinking it would be there or near the clam sauce.
