I was due yesterday, the 22nd. The most frustrating thing is that I keep having hours of very painful contractions that are not doing enough to get  out!

Awwww it's hard! I had my DD 6 days past my DD.
Some things I think helped:
one hour foot massage (next morning, woke up in labor)
on top of that, I got a pedicure with foot massage
WALKING a lot
Sex
LABOR VIBES!!!!!
