I can't wear them completely over - they are just not made long enough - but I do like them to be above a certain point for me to be comfortable, so I think that makes my answer over.

They usually need to be like right at the belly button for me to be comfy.

yup under. I hate over panties- they are so uncomfortable to me! I am also not a fan of the "panel" maternity pants. Maybe that will change once I get bigger but I feel like Steve Urkel with the pants up that high!!!

I wear my boy shorts from pre preggo, under. They barely fit but they work, as long as my butt crack is covered, im good.

def under. im 24 weeks and am still able to wear my pre pregnancy bikinis. although i prefer the maternity bikinis i bought from destination. they are super comfy.

ditto! I am 36w, so no way am I splurging on preggo undies now, although the prepreggo ones are a tight fit at this point!
