Outdoor Christmas decorations
wow i went to lowes & target this morning to get outdoor Christmas decortions like the sculptures & candy cane stakes & they had nothing 
its not even Thanksgiving & they are sold out. i wanted to avoid going shopping on black Friday but i guess i have to try hit walmart & home depot.
any other suggestions on where to go?

have you tried a local nursery? wouldn't be surprised if they had some. or just a local mom and pop hardware store if you have one near you.

dh and i have somehow gotten into the tradition of collecting unique lawn scultures for the holidays (started with a xmas cow, then a flock of geese, an elephant, giraff and this year a pig)... i learned very quickly that you have to start looking into those types of things in late october
