Our offer was accepted!!
Now we have to get the inspection done!
Does anyone know if most inspectors are qualified to do termite and radon as well as structure?
Or do I need a separate inspector for termites and radon?

This guy did our inspection last month- he was great. Let him know exactly what you need, he is certified in all areas, even mold.

And I did learn that most inspections on LI don't bother testing for radon because the level is negligible on the island so it's not worth the expense.

We just had an inspection done on a house we are buying and we had to get a separate terminte inspection.
