Our Key West trip
We got home Sunday night from my BIL's wedding in Key West.

Yes! We did. What did you think of the resort? I thought it was nice but we had a 2-bedroom place and it was a bit nerve wracking for me to have the boys share the upstairs bedroom - but it worked out fine.
Door to door and will stops to eat and potty breaks - yep!
Wednesday we left 8:30AM for a 10:45AM flight, by the time we landed in Miami, got McDonalds by the airport and traveled down to Key West, stopping at Boondocks for a bit for dinner, it was 9PM.
On Sunday we left the resort before 10AM and didn't make it to Miami until 3:30PM. Good thing our flight was delayed b/c the original one was 2:47PM . We didn't depart til after 5PM and ended up home by 10PM

I have to admit, when I saw on FB that you took the boys to KW, I thought to myself "Hmmmm....that's interesting....I wouldn't really think of taking kids there..." LOL!!

I thought the resort/hotel was beautiful. We had a regular king size room. But our friends rented the 2 bdrm room. It was nice, but to many stairs for us. So I can see how it would be a pain with 2 little ones.
Ah OK, the 12-13hrs makes sense now. It may have taken us about the same amout of time. But I only counted from Miami. Anything before that doesn't count
