Our house projects
Our whole house is totally gutted! Me and DH have been working so much! I can't wait to see the finished product!

Have you thought about creating a blog of the progress? That's what I'm doing with my reno. It's a nice way to keep track of what's going on, a place to put photos and thoughts, and if people ask about the house, you can just point them to the blog instead of trying to remember which person you told what to, and what they need to be updated on, and what they've heard already, etc.
I'm using https://www.blogger.com/start . It's free, plenty of space to put up lots of photos, and they have an easy user interface.
