Should be in contract by thurs/fri
after attorney reviews done, glad its fathers day tomorrow.. most people won't be out looking at houses to steal ours haha

there was a a poss. problem with the co for the deck but its been resolved... wahoooo

thanks to everyone who gave me the 'what to look for/ask ' thread i posted.. really helped out alot... i sounded like i knew what i was talking about...

so now its more waiting but at least its lots of little waiting periods not just one big open ended one... wait for attorney review, wiat for home inspect... wait wait wait

but i do see a little bump in the road coming can't be smooth... they haven't found a place to live yet... so our anticipated 7/31 date might not happen.. and we'll have to pay another months rent at our present place.. its a very nice couple too so im not horribly worried but i know its out there as a possiblity

congratulations!!!!! you have reason to celebrate tonight... make sure to get to contract as soon as you can.
