Ouch-y!
We have an overlap between selling our house and buying our new house of about 2 months. In theory, I love it - gives us enough time to do all the renovations before moving in. But, I just looked at my bank account on line and saw TWO deductions for TWO separate mortgage payments. OUUUUUUCH!!!

Same thing happened to us! It stinks BUT it has made it so much easier with rennovations. If you can afford it I would highly recommend it!
