Ouch!
I was stretching tonight and I felt a weird sensation around my belly button. It felt like a tear or a rip inside my stomach. I had Umbilical Hernia Surgery in 2001 where they placed mesh inside my belly button to close the hole in my stomach wall. I hope it wasn't that ripping off. Ugh!!
