ordering furniture
when did you order your baby furniture? I'm not going to have it delivered until after baby arrives, btw

I ordered bits and pieces at a time. I ordered the crib and changing table around 17 weeks and had them both by 25 weeks.

It depends on where you order it from - I ordered furniture from Behrs at the end of January and it hasn't come in yet.

BRU took forever! It was ordered in January and arrived the day I was induced, 3/21.

The only thing I ordered was a rocker/glider from Behr's and it took the full 8 weeks to get in!
My crib and changing table I received from my brother second hand, but it is beautiful and in great shape.

we are going to do the same thing
get a basinett for the 1st few months and at the same time order the baby room furniture

We ordered our furniture from BRU last weekend(I was 21 weeks), and they said it is in the warehouse in NJ so it will only take 7-10 days...I am hoping that is true...I can't wait to set it all up!!!
