Optimum Online E-Mail--??
My e-mail's don't seem to open all the time for me to see the message on click on the link to go to a specific website.
I wondered if anyone ever had this happen and what I do to fix it?

Are you opening emails from Outlook(Express) or another type of mail program
or
are you using the web based mail?
web based, your browser could have error because of javascripts which can be from trojans, spyware and other things

this has also been happening to me probably since the summer but the last week I can't get it to open at all of my computer. If I use DH's computer I can get it. I use internet explorer. I'd love it if you can get an answer to this because it is highly annoying!

No, just Optimum Online. I got them to ok but it took awhile!
