No we actually already live out here. We also have a piece of land in Mattituck where we are knocking down the house and building new next fall Thanks anyway!

Totally quiet out here!!! I couldn't imagine living in closer to NYC. It is TOTAL farm country out here Im actually born and raised out here. Wow, I havent been past Greenport in YEARS! So no, I havent been to the lavendar farm.

well Like I said our parents have 2nd homes in greenport and southhold - so if we buy out there somewhere we will be close to them(and have built in babysitters!) But we are also considering Long Beach.
We aren't sure what to do! Either way - we are thinking of waiting a little to see what happens with the market - but if we find something we really like it might be something we would consider now.

We are in Riverhead now and my moms in Mattituck shes a 10 minute away babysitter when we move she will be 3 minutes away. SSSSOOOOOOOOOO nice!!
