Opinions on stopping a bcp only 3 days in...
I haven't been on birth control in a while... years...
I'm on day 3 of Yaz and I can't tell if I'm just in a bad mood, tired, lethargic, and GRUMPY from it or if its just a coincidence as I do from time to time feel like a raging beeeotch for no apparent reason 
Has anyone ever stopped a BCP only 3 days in?! I don't want to mess my body up but Im regretting ever starting it. WWYD?

I am sure its fine to just stop it... but the things you are feeling may not be cause of it and if they are it may just be temporary until your body gets used to it!

I think stopping it will mess your system up even more. Call your Doctor to check.

Hang on for a little longer. It is a hormone, so it may throw you out of whack. If you really need the BC, it's worth it. Wait a week or so and re-evaluate

It could be the BCP. My sister tried taking YAZ and she said it made her a raving lunatic. I'm not sure if it started as soon as 3 days in, but it's possible.
Call your doc and see if they can presribe something else or if they have any suggestions.

I stopped BCP about a week in because I was miserable!!!
I was fine and my cycle went back on track.

I would stop it asap. You know your body, so if it doesn't feel right no need to prolong it. I think you should be fine.

I agree. It's only three days. It should be fine. Your body will readjust quickly.
As a side note, I was on Yaz for a few months and it was a NIGHTMARE for me. It was VERY bad. I got every side effect to the absolute extreme.

I felt the same way on Yaz and just stopped a few days in. I spotted off and on for a couple of weeks, until I got my next period

I would do the same. just so you dont mess up your cycle too much. Not sure if only three pills will do that but Id check. Hope you feel better.

dr. said it was "normal"
i finally quit bc after that whole shenanigan

What's weird it that I just saw an email in my junk mail inbox with the headline announcing that if I ever took Yaz (which I never did) I might be entitled to a compensation.
I would stop it immediately. I heard nothing but bad things about it!

I would say stop, but ask your dr first.

I think there is going to be a class action lawsuit due to Yaz's higher risk of DVT and PE.
