One year old refusing all food!
DS won't eat anything today. He refused his normal breakfast of oatmeal and fruit. Ate a few puffs. Gave him an extra bottle. He drank that. Then for lunch, he refused everything I put in front of him. Jarred food and real food. Wouldn't even eat puffs...I know he is teething really bad and I assume that is why he won't eat. I guess it is ok to go a day without food. I am just going to have to make up the lack of solids with extra formula. He is still on Elecare due to a severe soy and dairy allergy....Should I worry if he doesn't start to eat anything tomorrow?

If he's teething, I would maybe try giving him some tylenol or motrin and see if that helps. Then, if it doesn't help at all and he's still not eating tomorrow, I'd start to think he might be sick. But if he's teething, then i wouldn't worry too much. I can't imagine it's comfortable to eat when your mouth really hurts

He gets tylenol during the day and motrin before bed. He had tylenol after he got up this morning. He just ate a handful of puffs and he is on bottle number 3 of the day. He also had been fighting a nap since 1130am. He just fell asleep...He just cut his 2 top teeth within the last 2 weeks. He is still chewing on everything and drooling...I guess I will just have to wait and see what tonight and tomorrow brings...Thanks...

DS barely eats when he's teething. He is perfectly happy with milk and cheerios all day long. I don't worry about it.
