On Saturday I got a car wash...
And the guys working on my car felt it necesarry to complimentary break the inside door handle on the driver's side. They claimed they couldnt' fix it so now I am sitting in Hyundai service bored to tears.
I am hoping this is covered under my "extended warranty" to fix. And if it isn't, I plan on sending a bill!
My "appointment" was "drop off between 7am-10am". I got here at 6:25 and was only #7 online.
Thank goodness I brought my laptop which will enable me to get some work done, but I am really mad I am here in the first place!

i might be wrong, but i worked in service for years. Doesnt a drop off mean it wont be ready till afternoon since they do all their "wait" appts in the morning for people that are waiting and "drop off" appts after lunch for people that dropped off their car?

I suppose drop-off may imply leaving it. But when I spoke to a service rep this morning to give them the info on what was wrong with the car they asked if I was waiting for the car. I said yes and they didn't give me a problem.
