On Facebook...
Don't you think its sooo weird that someone that you knew from High School or something like that makes a friend request, or accepts one, but doens't like drop you a quick note to say Hi or something.
Or is it just me???

 I actually did that to a couple of college friends- one is someone I haven't seen in about a year, and another is a college friend- I just haven't had a chance to write anything of substance to either of them, but I will soon.

Yeah, this is one of my Facebook pet peeves. It's just common courtesy to acknowledge the person! I always write a quick note, even if it's something banal like "hi, hope you have been well!"

I never send a friend request on either wihtout sending a quick note along with it... saying hi, etc...
