OMG...I need a drink! (long)
What a night!!!
We were at my parent's tonight for a belated 4th of July BBQ...and Lily was eating a lot. She's not usually a big eater, but she was happy, so we went with it.
She fell asleep on the car on the way home, which can mess up her bedtime routine, but not always, so I wasn't too worried. We got home, gave her a quick little bath (she reeked of mac and cheese, so we had to do it), gave her a bottle and put her to bed...same as always.
Once upstairs, she started crying...which NEVER happens. And kept crying...so I went up, took her out of the crib - she was hysterical at that point - and I read her a few stories. She calmed down, so I put her back in the crib. She started crying again, so I gave it a few minutes...and then went back in. She was crying so hard, but had her face down in the crib and was just crying into her blanket...so sad  .
So I got her again, and decided to put her in the car for a ride...she loves the car, and usually falls asleep there. I figured I could transfer her later.
Off we went in the car - she was quiet, playing with her little toy and starting to look sleepy. When all of a sudden..BAM! She started crying and throwing up everywhere. She threw up at least 5 times and was hysterical. I was driving and turning around to see her (thank God for forward facing seats!) to make sure she wasn't choking on it. Finally she was done - and she just sat there...staring. It was so sad. So I just rubbed her foot and sped home.
Got her home, gave her a bath, a bottle, and put her to bed - she's sleeping now. Good as new.
My goodness that was scary though! I guess she just had a tummy ache from eating too much and needed to get rid of it.
I made her promise me that she'll never get sick again. 
The sweet part...as I was putting her into the crib the second time...she was making kissy faces at me...and as I walked out, I heard her little voice say "bye".

Awwww poor baby, what a sweetie she is.
Glad she got rid of all the "excess" and is feeling better. I would freak too, Ale hasn't ever thrown up or gotten sick really either so I know how surprised you must have been!

Awwww, poor Lily But at least she's better now. Her little belly must have hurt her
