OMG this nausea is making me miserable
Nothing is working. I tried gingerale, crackers, small frequent meals, sour candies. It just doesnt go away. Last night i was in misery on the couch. I finally just decided to go to bed bc i couldnt take it.
Anyone have ANY suggestions?

Re: OMG this nausea is making me miserable
I sucked on peppermints- a friend said that lemon drops helped her. It basically stayed no matter what, but got better when I had some food in me, and the only thing I could eat was carbs. I lived on ramen noodles and bagels for weeks...
But there is always hope- mine just went away all the sudden at the 9.5- 10 weeks mark, and never returned. Hang in there!

I find that if I eat a piece of cheese, that helps.

Re: OMG this nausea is making me miserable
Defnitely try snacking on a cheese stick or something. Eating high-protein foods helped me on the days when I was nauseous!
This too shall pass!!!
