OMG just had a terrifying moment with PSA..
I had DD sitting in her space saver high chair eating the cantaloupe I just cut for her. She is right next to the table next to the cutting board, fruit and knife. I came back into the room and she had the KNIFE in her hand. She had somehow reached over at the table and grabbed it. Of course I feel like the world's most awful mommy. Thank goodness she loves to examine things first so she just had it in her hand. Just a reminder to keep the dangerous utensils far!!! Our DC's are very crafty in grabbing things!!

Thankfully she is ok.
I always leave stuff on the table/counter without giving it a second thought when DD is in her high chair (since I thought she couldn't reach it) and the other day, I stepped into the living room for a minute and when I came back she managed to grab a placemat off the table, spilled the cup of water that was on the mat and was playing with it.

Isn't it amazing how crafty they are?

Thank goodness she is ok. You're not a bad mommy. Sometimes DS amazes me how he manages to grab things that are so out of his reach.
