OMG I want to smoke soo badly
I smoked for about 3 years,I haven't smoked since the day I found out I was pregnant in December of 2006, but I have been having such bad cravings past few days, I can hardly resist the temptation to go and buy cigarettes, I keep thinking about it  just venting, maybe this'll help

DON'T GO BACK - you will regret it, and it's NOT worth it -
I just went to a funeral of a good friend's Mom who died of lung cancer - She has 2 grown sons and her 1st Grandchild -
My friend's MIL was just diagnosed, as well as another friend's 34 year old sister - She has a 6 year old daughter ........ALL are/were smokers
I'm NOT one to be preachy about anything, and I see many of my family members struggle with quitting b/c they have been smoking for 30 or 40 years .......I can understand the struggle -
but if you quit, and you haven't smoked in 2 YEARS ........there is NO reason to start again -
Buy yourself something w/ the $10 you'd spend on the cigarettes - Get a manicure !!

Good for you on the quitting!! I too just went to a funeral last Saturday for someone who died of lung & throat cancer. Don't go back!!! Chew gum, get some munchies....put ANYTHING in your mouth except a cigarette!! 
PS...my FI just started smoking again after quitting for years and it's killing that he can't just quit again. Granted he's only smoking like 3 a day...but it was HIS family member who died last week.

YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!! I completely understand how ridiculously HARD it is (I quit 13 months ago and I still go through this) But it will pass!! Plus you have the BEST inspiration of all- your baby who NEEDS you to be strong!!! Hang in there!!

You can do it!!!!! I am smoke free now since November 07! It was hard, but if you think about how much healthier you'll be, it's soooo worth it.. suck on some jolly ranchers or chew gum. Stay strong!!!

as long as that urge lasts, I think you should treat yourself to something small... but EVERYDAY you endure it and don't cave in...
go to starbucks, go to dunkin donuts, go to boarders... whatever... get a small item that you like as a treat... everyday that item will be well earned and symbolize accomplishment!
your baby will thank you for it so much! also, you can think of it another way... your baby is helping you not re-start smoking!

I quit 3 years ago as well and still think about it constantly. But I just don't do it- at this point, it's more of a hassle to do it than actually do it. Plus I love not smelling like it any more!

Don't go back. For all of the reasons the ladies have given but also because it is expensive With all of the crazy prices out there, don't throw your money away on something that can kill you.
